Results day 2026 information

A-LEVEL RESULTS DAY Thursday 13th August 2026 8:00 am 

Staff will be available in school from 8:00 am to support students with any exam-related or careers  guidance. 

Receiving results by email 

If you would like your results sent to you by email, you must notify Mrs Deadman  

jacqui.deadman@swale.at  no later than Friday 17th July 2026. 

• Results will only be sent to your school email address. 

• Requests made after this date may not be processed. 

Authorising someone else to collect your results 

If you are unable to collect your results in person and would like someone else to collect them on your  behalf: 

• Email Mrs Deadman from your school email address with the name of the person collecting by 17th July 2026.

• The nominated person must bring photo ID. 

• Without prior written consent, results will only be given directly to the student. 

Results by telephone 

Results will not be given over the phone unless by prior special arrangement. 

GCSE RESULTS DAY 

Thursday 20th August 2026 8:00 am 

Staff will be available in school from 8:00 am to deal with any specific exam or careers related  guidance you may require.  

 

Authorising collection of GCSE results 

To authorise someone else to collect your results: 

• Email Mrs Deadman by 17th July 2026 from your school email address with the name of the collector. 

• The named person must bring photo ID. 

• Without prior written authorisation, results will only be released to the student. 

Uncollected results 

Hard copies of uncollected results will be available for collection during school hours

A copy of your results will be emailed to your school email address at Midday on results day.

Results by telephone 

Results will not be given over the phone unless by prior special arrangement.

 

Exam Certificates 

You will be informed when certificates are available for collection

Examination Certificates can be collected from the main School Reception between the hours of 9:00am – 3.30pm. Please bring a photographic form of ID with you.

If you are unable to collect your certificates and wish to have someone collect them on your behalf, please send a signed letter with them. They will also need to bring photographic ID with them.

Certificates will be kept for 12 months. After that we dispose of them in confidential waste.
